The base wines come from a plot selection from our own vineyard during exceptional harvests.

This wine ages at least eight years in the cellar before disgorging.

The prolonged contact of the wine with the yeast allows it to develop tertiary aromas.

This cuvée with preserved freshness reveals a captivating, ful-bodied, rich and powerful wine where delicate aromas of exotic fruits are elegantly mixed with notes of brioche.

Dosage (sugar) : 4 grams per liter

This blanc de blancs will be perfect for an aperitif or a meal consisting of white fish and will also be ideal to accompany lobsters and seafood.
