The blanc de Noirs is made up exclusively of Pinot Noir grapes, black grapes with white juice. It has a full-bodied, vinous and powerful style, which is more like a table champagne of a beautiful light gold and deep nose. The mouth is seduced by its corpulence, structure and vinosity but its power is tempered by its vivacity and fine bubbles.

It will go particularly well with offal, sweet breads and veal kidneys, quality poultry and white meats.
